Since you don’t have money yet at Paypal, he referred to you this free hosting from Blogger. He told you to think about a topic that you like most, and blog about it. I can also assume that he told you to promote it so you can have visitors to your blog.

Well, of course he also advised that you insert Google Adsense so you can make money from your blog. Then, you joined different social sites to have friends and followers. Eventually, you had some and are increasing gradually. You start leaving comments on other blogs, and you’re glad they’re doing the same to you. Why you are not making money online

According to Technorati, around 175,000 new blogs are being created everyday. Although I cannot find an official record on how many of them was intended to make money, I can assume that there is a great percentage. With this, I can also assume that only a small percentage will make it on the average level at least. This is probably because the blogosphere is already overcrowded with this type of blogs. Some top bloggers are even suggesting newbies not to make another one.

While this can be true, there are still those who have tried so hard and failed. Is this because readers are already annoyed with them? Is this because the common strategies are not applicable anymore? Is it because they are not destined to be one? Or is it because they fail to follow the right techniques? No one can tell, I suppose. But one thing is for sure, there is a valid reason.

If you are among those who are wondering why you keep on failing, join me here as we discuss each strategy and analyze them carefully. But first of all, you must understand the true meaning of the phrase – making money online. Most newbies take it as blogging only, since this is the more popular one these days. In fact, this is the easiest way they thought.

They create an account at blogger or Wordpress, put content, then place ads and join social sites to promote it. Consequently, they earn a lot of friends and followers. They might be earning a few dollars from joining blog contests, product reviews, some ad clicks from friends, and entertaining the same commentators who visit everyday. After a few months, they got bored and leave the blog.

So why did they were not able to pursue their dream consistently? This is because they fail to understand fully enough the true meaning of that phrase. Most of them even made a mistake right from the start. They limit themselves to that popular technique – blogging. Yes, some may be successful and still holding strong. But again, the string is very short. This is because they fail to understand the true meaning of making money online.
